Where stock is immediately available all orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same Business Day.
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next Business Day.

We use Australia Post or StarTrack Courier for our online deliveries.
Australian Standard Orders will be delivered in approximately 3-10 working days, and Express Orders will be delivered in approximately 1-3 working days. Please note that shipping times will vary for outer metro areas, country and international orders.
At checkout please make sure to select your preferred method of shipping before placing your order - this is found at the payment stage of checkout. If you select standard shipping and in 'delivery instructions' state express shipping, your order will be shipped using Standard Delivery.
During the checkout process when asked for Delivery Instructions - this refers to 'use side gate', 'we have a dog' etc. You cannot choose your delivery date or time, nor can you ask to be called if no one is home etc. as Aus Post delivery service will not provide this.
To guarantee safe delivery of your items, we recommend your parcel is sent to your place of business as items are typically delivered between 9am and 5pm.
Please ensure you provide your correct and complete address, including a company name where necessary, and a contact telephone number.
Australia Post Delivery Methods Apply - Signature on Delivery With Authority to Leave (If you are not home and there is a safe place for the parcel to be left, a photo will also be taken of where the parcel has been left)
