1969   Mr & Mrs Lombard and son Claude start in Box Hill garage, 20 sq mt

1970   Susan Lombard joins the company

1970’s Move to Collingwood, 200 sq mt

1976   Move to Northcote, 1,200 sq mt

1980   Move to Brunswick, 4,000 sq mt
We were the first in our industry to employ a female sales representative

1987   Move to Flemington, 8,000 sq mt
Start opening our Retail Chains
Danielle Lombard joins the company

1988   Selected to market the Bicentenary. 54 million products distributed

1989   Survive Australia’s recession

1994   Anouk Lombard joins the company, we secure AFL Licence

1995   Open QLD Branch
Michelle Lombard joins company

1996   Andrew Kevill joins the company
We secure Spring Racing Carnival, NRL and Grand Prix Licences

1999   Open NSW & WA Branch’s

2000   Sydney Olympic Games
LOMBARD The Paper People was the natural choice for this huge undertaking, with 120 million products distributed in 40 days. No other company has ever had exclusive distribution rights to the  total requirements of an Olympic Games. We distributed all the toilet paper, towels, disposable packaging, garbage bags, detergents, and decorations for this event.

2004   12 November fire destroyed Flemington site. Back in business next day

2005   Occupy temporary premises in Tullamarine

2006   In August, move to new purpose built Head Office,  Keilor Park, Victoria, 15,000 sq mt.

2008   Survive global financial crisis

2009   Unprecedented Growth 20%

2010   Business now run by “Family Board”
